Top flyweights will enter the Rage in Kazakhstan on October 19th. Former title contender from Finland's Mikael Silander (18-7) will take on the local hero Assu Almabaev (10-2) at M-1 Challenge 105.
Finnish fighter Mikael Silander twice tried to win M-1 Challenge belt first fighting for the interim title and later for the undisputed one, but twice has been defeated. To make it back to the top of the division he will face a dangerous prospect in the capital of Kazakhstan. Assu Almabaev is the BJJ champion of the world and the national hand-to-hand combat champion. Almabaev won both his fights in M-1 Global and the upcoming battle against the former contender is going to become a test for the young athlete.
