Six times Combat Sambo world champion and one of the most popular Russian MMA fighters Vyacheslav Vasilevsky (33-7) needs no introduction. Vasilevsky is not just the former M-1 Challenge champion, but also the first person in the history of promotion to win titles in two different weight classes. Vyacheslav was the champion in light heavyweight and middleweight divisions and now he wants to move down to welterweight and the 80 kg (176 lbs) catchweight bout against Ramon will be his first step.
Well-rounded Brazilian finisher Eduardo Ramon (15-5) comes back to the Rage to get his first M-1 Global victory. In his career Ramon finished his opponents 14 times and has five knockouts and nine submissions in the professional record.
Vyacheslav Vasilevsky and Eduardo Ramon will meet in Saint-Petersburg on June 7th!
