Kirill Fomenkov (5-1) is the Pankration master of sports and hand-to-hand combat candidate master of sports. The young flyweight debuted in M-1 Global last summer with an upset victory by rear naked choke in the first round. All Fomenkov got five wins by finishes, twice he knocked his opponents out three times and made them tap.
His opponent Assu Almabaev (8-2) is an outstanding grappler of Kazakhstan. Almabaev is the BJJ world champion and the international master of sports. Assu is also a well-rounded fighter, he has two TKO victories and three submission in his record.
