Strongman bout Maksim Baruzdin vs. Ivan Tsygelnik at M-1 Challenge 98

Maksim Baruzdin is the strongest man of Saint Petersburg. Baruzdin began his career in powerlifting, where he won many medals and titles and later started taking part in different strongman shows. Today Maksim holds six official national records. In MMA Baruzdin debuted earlier this year with a huge 18-seconds knockout victory over another 150 kg giant from Spain. The hometown hero and the national powerlifting champion Ivan Tsygelnik is making his MMA debut in Chelyabinsk on November 2nd. Ivan’s personal deadlift record is an incredible 400 kg lift, so 190 cm and 118 kg athlete is an extremely dangerous opponent for anybody in the heavyweight division. Two giants will face in the Rage on November 2nd at M-1 Challenge 98.
