Flyweight bout at M-1 Challenge 90: Rafael Dias vs. Vadim Malygin

One of the best Brazilian flyweights Rafael Dias (14-5) is back to his original division. In last ten fights Dias won eight times and both defeats he suffered in bantamweight. In M-1 Global he debuted also in bantamweight, because there was no flyweight division that time, so Dias could not use his advantages. This time Brazilian gets an opportunity to finally come back to the weight class, where he can show his best. Vadim Malygin (12-3-1) is used to compete against Brazilian fighters – four of his last five fights he fought against the athletes from this country and all four times he won. Malygin won two fights in a row in M-1 Global and received a title shot, but could not become a champion. After that Vadim knocked out another opponent in a local promotion and now he is ready to prove that the last fight in M-1 Global was just a misfortune.
