37 years old Canadian veteran Chris Kelades (12-3) debuted in M-1 Global last November with a huge #submission victory at M-1 Challenge 86. Controlling the fight Chris was looking for an opportunity to tap the opponent out and in the third round he finally used his advantage in grappling and did a kimura. Ukrainian Vitaliy Branchuk (23-7) despite being ten years younger than his opponent, has twice as many fights. Branchuk stopped one step away from the title shot, losing in a close fight against Mikael Silander with a majority decision. Vitaliy can’t wait to get back to the title pursue and the victory against such a strong opponent can help him a lot to enter the top of the flyweight division.
